So I have been cooking outside of my healthy cookbook (ever since Leah told me to) and while the healthy food is great, the food I have been cooking lately is pretty darn awesome. So, I think I'll cook both healthy and unhealthy, because cooking at home is still a lot healthier than eating out anyway. :) It is all about moderation!

Tonight I made pasta with tomato cream sauce. It was divine.

I made the sauce with olive oil, butter, yellow onion, garlic, tomato sauce, heavy cream, fresh grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and then seasoned it with salt, pepper, and sugar. Can you say YUM?

Thank goodness for leftovers. I get to have this another night! And then another!
